Sloanebuilt Trailers are manufacturers of frontline Tipping Bodies & Trailers and are located in Smeaton Grange, South West Sydney neighbouring Macarthur, in one of Australia's largest growing industrial estates. Sloanebuilt have a state of the art factory facility incorporating double pulse welders, spray booth with mixing room, water-jet cutting machine, wash bay & grit blasting facility.

Roles to be filled

We are seeking to appoint highly experienced & skilled candidates for fulltime employment with a background in the Truck/Trailer/Bus Manufacturing & Repair Industry for the following positions:

• Panel Beaters who have experience in removing damaged panels and parts and removing upholstery and accessories to gain access, removing dents by hammering panels, straightening damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Vehicle Spray Painters who have experience in surface preparation, sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders, masking areas not to be painted with tape and paper, colour matching and mixing paints to match paint shades, and selecting pre-mixed paint and applying primer and finishing coats using spray-guns

• Auto Electricians with experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring and electronic components in motor vehicles, trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

• Be willing to work a 38 hour week plus limited overtime as required
• Have 5 years work experience in a similar role
• Self motivated and able to work independently as required

These are specialised trades & 1st class tradespersons need only apply.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must be someone who prides themselves in producing high quality work with good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
They must be capable of multitasking, organising tasks and can work unsupervised.

Applicants will only be considered if they have the relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Trailer Manufacturing Industry.
