Sloanebuilt Trailers are manufacturers of frontline Tipping Bodies & Trailers and are located in Smeaton Grange, South West Sydney neighbouring Macarthur, in one of Australia's largest growing industrial estates. Sloanebuilt have a state of the art factory facility incorporating double pulse welders, spray booth with mixing room, water-jet cutting machine, wash bay & grit blasting facility.

Roles to be filled

We are seeking to appoint highly experienced & skilled candidates for full time employment with a background in the Machinery or Vehicle Manufacturing & Repair industry for the following positions:

• Mechanical Fitters with experience in assembly and repair of equipment, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is desirable
• Fitter Machinists with manual machining experience using lathes, milling machines & general mechanical workshop equipment and fitting experience in the manufacture of new and repair of damaged machinery.
• Diesel Motor Mechanics with experience in maintaining, testing and repairing diesel motors and the mechanical parts of trucks, buses and other heavy vehicles such as transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

• Be willing to work a 38 hour week plus limited overtime as required
• Have 5 years work experience in a similar role
• Self motivated and able to work independently as required

These are specialised trades & 1st class tradespersons need only apply.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must be someone who prides themselves in producing high quality work with good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
They must be capable of multitasking, organising tasks and can work unsupervised.

Applicants will only be considered if they have the relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Trailer Manufacturing Industry.
