Your role and requirements
This is an exciting, unique and newly created role for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service person with a beauty therapy/dermal therapy background who takes initiative and is fast learning. You will be responsible for providing online skin consultations and recommendations as well as general customer service. Ideally, you will have excellent digital and computer understanding skills as well as ability to write and create good quality content relating to skin and skin care.
You will need to have a strong understanding of our brand principles to implement the overall vision of the strategy and daily requirements of the role.
