The Role:
We now have an opportunity for either a part time or full time Commercial and Domestic Estimator to join the team in Coopers Plains. You will be responsible for estimating commercial and residential projects, working closely with the team from reviewing schedules and quotations. As an integral part of team, you will also have transferable skills to help with delivering exceptional service over the Trade Counter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify cost risks and opportunities
- Review and translate mechanical plans schedules, produce estimates and quotations
- Estimating Bradflo products.
- Contract administration and post-tender negotiations
- Ensure effective document and data control
- Liaise with management and external stakeholders
About You:
- Ideally you have experience working as an Estimator or a Mechanical Services Installer (HVAC).
- 2 to 3 years in HVAC trade.
- Product knowledge of Air Diffusion and mechanical HVAC.
- Ability to read mechanical plans
- Extensive client/stakeholder liaison
- Sales (including over the counter sales, customer development and quotes)
- Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance)
- Great at customer service
- Mechanically minded
- Professionally presented
- Current driver’s licence
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to learning and professional development
