Here at Chandler Macleod we are currently seeking expressions of interest for various positions in the industrial/defence industry. These positions include Mechanical Fitter, Electricians, Boilermaker/Welders, Machinists, Diesel Mechanics, Pipe Fitters and Operators.
Successful candidates will be able and willing to pass a medical and D&A, work across all three shifts- Day, Arvo and Night if requested and obtain a police clearance. You will also hold current tickets and licences for the related trade. These tickets include:
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Confined Space (within the last two years)
- EWP and WAH
- LVR and CPR (Electricians)
- White Card
Successful candidates will come from a defence/heavy industrial background, whilst also hold a current Drivers Licence and be an Australian Citizen. You will also be ok with working in confined spaces often.
