Sonoma Baking Company is seeking Bakers & Pastry Chefs to join the soon to be open Sonoma Bakery in Canberra!
The opportunities on offer are either Full Time or Casual status, with the desired candidates requiring the below:

- Proven experience as a Baker
- Weighing ingredients and mixing dough from scratch
- Retail Baking III qualification or at least 2 years’ industry experience required
- Hand shaping of bread and pastry
- Baking in deck oven and rack ovens
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good time management
- Reliable, punctual and efficient in your work
- Collaborative team player and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Flexible and available to work across a rotating roster, seven days a week, night shift or early mornings
- Full working rights in Australia (Driver must have current Australian Drivers License and good record)
