Buderim Air are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, self-motivated and fully qualified Air conditioning and Refrigeration technician to join our expanding Air conditioning and Refrigeration company.
Become a part of a close-knit team, with a diverse commercial refrigeration and air conditioning role, situated within the Sunshine Coast and surrounding Hinterland regions.
Buderim Air is a stable, fast growing business with the head office based in Forest Glen, boasting over 37 years of successful operation.
Duties will primarily involve all aspects of commercial refrigeration, domestic and commercial air conditioning systems, servicing current works and diagnostics of electrical and mechanical fault diagnoses skills.

- Minimum 2 years experience post qualification
- Be punctual, courteous and polite.
- Have extensive problem-solving ability and can think on your feet to provide solutions to our customers problems.
- Be highly motivated and organised.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
- Well spoken, great customer service and communication skills.
- Be computer literate.
To qualify for the role, you will be required to possess the following:
- Cert lll Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.
- Hold a current QLD Restricted electrical licence.
- Hold a current ARCTICK Refrigerant handling licence.
- Hold a current open QLD manual drivers licence.
- Hold a current Construction White/ Blue card.
The scope of work will involve installation, fault finding diagnosis and mechanical repair including, but not limited to:
- Installation, break down service, fault diagnoses, repairs, testing and commissioning of commercial refrigeration systems and domestic and commercial airconditioning systems.
- Preventative maintenance across a range of commercial refrigeration and domestic and commercial contracts.

Hours of work will be Full-Time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week. Over time may be required during busier periods. You will be required to participate in a rotational on call roster.
