About the business
Based in Mount Barker WA and established in 1990 this family owned dynamic business is not only a dealer for Pioneer Water Tanks in the Great Southern it offers renovations to existing steel and concrete tanks, tank cleaning and accessories including pumps and filtration systems.
About the role
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Ability to construct steel bolted water tanks and refurbishments to existing steel or concrete tanks;
Can do attitude and approach to daily tasks is a must;
Ensure site works are carried out safety, effectively and efficiently;
Attend and contribute to client project meetings when required;
Interpret project design drawings ad specifications to determine installation requirements;
Complete on-site project documentation as required;
Liaise with Project Manager on day to day operations;
Liaise with client personnel on a daily basis;
Perform and report quality inspections;
Perform all duties in accordance with companies Policies and Procedures.

Skills and experience
Previous experience in bolted tank construction (individual product training will be given).
Experience supervising a team preferred.
Perform prolonged physical tasks and activities meticulously.
Ability to work in a small team and work closely with this team in on-site conditions to ensure a quality on time project is delivered at all times.
Be available to travel throughout the region as required to complete installations.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Drivers licence essential, Light to Medium Rigid Truck Licence required.
White Card, EWP, Forklift and Working at heights Tickets would be beneficial.
