The Roles

We are currently seeking two motivated and passionate Team members to join our service department.

  • Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone
  • Ability to effectively explain and recall information in relation to services carried out
  • Build and maintain a sound knowledge of products and services
  • Knowledge of warranty recall processes an advantage
  • Work as part of a team to achieve departmental and manufacturer KPI’s on a monthly basis
  • Manage and maintain customer details, work orders and follow up functions
  • Provide a positive experience for every service customer
  • Work with management to fulfil any customer expectations
  • Retain service customers with 100% customer service satisfaction
  • Road test and quality control vehicles

About You

  • Experience working within an automotive dealership service environment a bonus
  • Sound understanding of automotive mechanics / process
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Work well is a team environment
  • Consultative and inclusive approach to problem solving and solutions
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Self-motivated, organised and dedicated
  • Hold a unrestricted and current manual Queensland D/L
  • Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn & develop your skills
