The Roles
We are currently seeking two motivated and passionate Team members to join our service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to effectively explain and recall information in relation to services carried out
- Build and maintain a sound knowledge of products and services
- Knowledge of warranty recall processes an advantage
- Work as part of a team to achieve departmental and manufacturer KPI’s on a monthly basis
- Manage and maintain customer details, work orders and follow up functions
- Provide a positive experience for every service customer
- Work with management to fulfil any customer expectations
- Retain service customers with 100% customer service satisfaction
- Road test and quality control vehicles
About You
- Experience working within an automotive dealership service environment a bonus
- Sound understanding of automotive mechanics / process
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Work well is a team environment
- Consultative and inclusive approach to problem solving and solutions
- Superior customer service standards
- Self-motivated, organised and dedicated
- Hold a unrestricted and current manual Queensland D/L
- Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn & develop your skills
