Tough Glass Worx is a modern Architectural Glazing business that specialises in designing and installing heavy weight glass including; Structural Balustrades, Frameless Glass Pool Barriers, Over Head Glazing, Glass Floors, Mirrors, Splashbacks and Frameless Shower Screens.

Due to consistent growth an exciting opportunity has opened up for a new member to join our installation team. We are currently looking to train up an intelligent and driven individual that is willing to grow with our business.
The initial appointment will be an "on the tools" role with a variety of onsite environments. Duties mainly include installing Frameless glass; barriers, pool fences, balustrades, shower screens, staircases, floors and custom architectural projects.
Previous experience in the construction industry with building, fabrication and glazing is highly valued and a hard working and willing to learn demeanour is a must.
The career pathway available would see the candidate start as an Installation Manager. Once the candidate has mastered installation management they can become a Project Manager. Competent Project Managers have the Opportunity to move into senior sales, operations and general management roles. Obviously earning capacity increases vastly as the candidate moves up with greater responsibility.
A combination of Carpentry & Glazing building skills is a good fit. The candidate must be self accountable and be able to attain the highest installation standard achievable.
