Role Responsibilities
- Scheduling, coordinating and managing Caravan Service & Warranty bookings
- Accurately (electronically) recording customer issues / required works and coordinating caravan collection
- Assisting customers with technical related enquiries
- Accurately conveying work order information to workshop staff to ensure that customer's needs are met and all Service and Warranty requirements are undertaken
- Recommending and selling appropriate products
- Ensuring Repair Order costs and invoices are thoroughly communicated and explained
- Monitoring service and parts progress and communicating any updates or holdups to the customer
- Ensuring all daily transaction paperwork is accurately completed in a timely manner and in the correct priority
Mandatory
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar position in either the RV or automotive industry
- Technical and repair work timeframe experience
- A calm demeanour and ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering 100% accuracy
- Resilient communication skills - on the phone, in person and written
- Sound oral and written skills and quick and accurate math
- A current unrestricted drivers licence
- Intermediate computer skills
- Impeccable grooming
Desirable
- Experience in using Dealer Management Software
- Mechanical/ Workshop aptitude
- Experience within a fast-paced workshop environment
This is a full-time position and seasonally regular Saturday work will be required. Great team and working conditions, leading industry facilities, and an attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
