We are seeking someone with the drive and passion for running a prestige shop in the East Melbourne area. We seek a reliable, motivated, responsible mechanic with a positive attitude. All round industry knowledge and experience to manage the business.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to identify challenges and solve problems efficiently.
• Reliability to manage customer accounts and build on established customer bonds.
• Mentor and assist apprentice mechanic and oversee workflow.

This Position Includes:

• Conduct and oversee daily servicing of all vehicles, all maintenance and repair work.
• Diagnosis of vehicle faults
• Complete invoicing and quoting documentation

Requirements:

• All round Qualified Motor Mechanic with proven experience and maturity
• Wheel alignment experience an advantage (not essential)
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Smart and tidy in appearance
• Valid Australian manual driver licence
