Based in modern offices in Bella Vista, our Client has been a leading supplier of specialised equipment to various industries across Australia! Due to growth, there is a newly created position in the Service Team for an experienced Service Technician to join their busy team.

You will be servicing clients across Sydney & occasionally Canberra conducting:

• Onsite installations, repairs and preventative maintenance
• Providing site evaluations & monitoring installation costs
• Supervising and coordinating the network of service engineer’s in the field and support field engineers and in back office activities
• Updating technical training to service engineers
• Maintaining Van stock and handling parts returns
• Managing installation activities in a timely, effective manner as well as and managing service reports
• Observing Company model, policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
• Ensuring paperwork and contractors are continuously up to date
• Providing exceptional customer service to all Company Clients

Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong IT knowledge
• A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components/ devices
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician  
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to undertake light to moderate heavy lifting
• Experience gained from Medical, Auto mechanical, Electrical or similar will be highly regarded!
