About the role
A great opportunity to join our Glendenning team has become available. You will work as part of a team servicing customers' needs across a broad range of equipment.
The focus of the role will be the preparation/servicing of equipment prior to or during rental in accordance with manufacturer & OHS requirements. In conjunction with this you will also be expected to:
- Carry out all electrical inspections and maintenance;
- Inspect equipment on return, clean and prepare for re-hire;
- Monitor and record parts usage;
- Break down and repairs;
- Programmed servicing / Engine Servicing;
- During busy periods you will be required to assist in the wash bay, cleaning equipment.
Required Skills
You will also possess the following-
- Trade qualification;
- Mechanical aptitude desirable as you will be working on diesel generators;
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management and customers;
- Current open car license
- Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licenses not essential but are highly regarded.
