We are an innovative privately owned Audio Visual Integration Company, who have a reputation for excellence.  We target a variety of markets from Commercial, Hospitality, Residential and Government in QLD, NSW, ACT,  & VIC.

We are currently seeking a experienced Service Technician to assist in servicing our Sydney based clients.

The role would involve installing and servicing a range of Audio Visual equipment and Infrastructure including:

• HDMI & HDBaseT Video Systems
• Digital & Analog Audio Systems including DSP's
• Control Systems
• MATV Systems
• IPTV Systems
• Digital Signage Systems
• Hearing Augmentation Systems

This will be a full time position.

The duties of this role will include:

• Providing service and customer support during site visits
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Document processes
• Cooperate with a technical team and share information across the organisation
• Comprehend customer requirments and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Being skilled with terminating practices of AV cables and connectors
• System commissioning and fault finding
• Communication with customers and suppliers as required
• Management and supervision of a team members as required

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and unsupervised, whilst still understanding the importance of working as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Great presentation
• A general proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Current full drivers licence
• Possession of a current construction Green/White card preferred
• Previous experience in the commercial audio visual field is essential
