Tracc Civil, a Civil Engineering company based in Bibra Lake, is seeking a Drainer to carry out installation works of sewer, stormwater drainage, water & gas mains into civil subdivisions and commercial plumbing projects.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Install sewerage, stormwater drainage and services pipework to the specified grade and alignments.
- Install concrete structures including (but not limited to) manholes, headwalls and box culverts.
- Monitor and assist with trench excavation for installation of pipework.
- Operate in a safe manner and identify safe working conditions.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare as constructed documentation and plans.
- Setting of lids and furniture as required.
- Adhere to Quality, Safety & Environmental Policies of the company onsite.
To apply for this position you should have:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the Civil Industry.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic survey instruments including dumpy level, pipe laser, tape measures and theodolites.
- Working knowledge of Sewer, Stormwater and Services Plans.
- A strong focus on Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- A broad understanding of all aspects of civil works, including earthworks, road works, underground works etc.
- A current drivers license and transport
- White card
