ABOUT THE COMPANY

Year on year they're expanding their team further and taking on larger projects involving a vast and technical scope of works.  Their multi-disciplined crew consists of qualified Tradespeople, Supervisors, Leading Hands, Apprentices, a Project Manager, and specialist subcontractors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be supplementing the current workforce and joining this thriving business as a skilled Foreman, running a team of 4-10 members on large-scale commercial developments across Sydney.  Your positions would include, but not be restricted to:

• Site management
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Conducting toolbox talks and pre-starts
• Safety implementation
• Monitoring sub-contractors 
• Client liaison
• Supervising and coordinating a team of Labourers, Apprentices and Leading Hands
• Reporting to the Project Manager and Director
• Delivering projects from conception to completion

BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture
• Excavator operator/bobcat tickets (preferable)
• Commercial/civil experience preferable
• Driving license
• A positive and up-beat attitude to work
