ABOUT THE COMPANY

This thriving company is expanding their team further and taking on larger projects involving a vast and technical scope of works.  Projects are Wollongong-based, between $500k-$2m, and involving structural hardscaping and softworks. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be an integral member of the business as a skilled Foreman, managing a team of 1-6 staff on large-scale construction Projects across the Wollongong area.  Your role would involve:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Toolbox talks and pre-starts
• OH&S
• Coordinating subcontractors 
• Client liaison
• Reporting into a Project Manager
• Delivering projects from start to finish
• Working to budgets and deadlines

BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years as a Supervisor/Leading Hand
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
• Driving license
• A positive and up-beat attitude to work
