LaserBond Ltd has a busy workshop based in Cavan, South Australia where we operate a CNC Laser Cladding system. We are looking to employ a full-time operator. Previous CNC programming experience using G Codes is preferred but not essential. The job requires you to clock up various components on the Laser machine. You will then be required to programme the Laser using G Codes to Laser Clad specific areas on the components.
You will be expected to maintain the laser system and to be involved in general workshop duties as required. Welding experience and a forklift license will be a great advantage.
You may have been a machinist in a previous life. If this position suits your existing skill set and you live interstate and would be interested in relocating to Adelaide then we encourage you to apply. LaserBond will cover costs associated with any interview as well as covering relocation costs.
