Duties
As the Site Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to supervisors and site reports;
- Providing day-to-day direction to MSS Security employees on site;
- Ensuring all new employees are inducted in accordance with company policy;
- Providing on-the-job training to all employees;
- Ensuring all personnel fully conform to company policy as well as Site Operating Procedures and other instructions;
- Providing advice, counselling and guidance to personnel regarding risk and performance management issues;
- Ensuring all security officers are correctly uniformed and licensed;
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided;
- Being aware of, and ensuring compliance with company and client policy and procedures on HSE and QA;
- Attending client meetings and provide updates and feedback;
- Delivering tool-box talks and relaying other memos and company information; and
- · Other duties as required by MSS Security Management.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- A minimum Certificate II in Security Operations;
- A current ACT Security Licence;
- Minimum NV1 clearance through AGSVA, with a willingness to undertake additional clearance processes;
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within the security industry; and
- Experience in staff training and development.
