About the business

We are currently seeking an experienced spare parts assistant/interpreter with a strong focus on customer service to work at our Campbellfield head office. Full time role Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00pm commencing with a 3 month probation period. 

About the role

The Role

• Draw on your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist customers with their technical concerns or enquiries
• Provide up to date information on products and services to customers both over the phone and in store
• Front line technical support, product advice and assisting customers by making recommendations in relation to technical and sales enquiries
• Picking and packaging spare parts for sales and warranty claims
• Ability to manage warranty claims.
• Any other job as required by the department

Skills and experience

Key Qualifications and Essential Criteria:

• Have at least 12 months experience in a parts department
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• High attention to detail
• A willingness to learn
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to take instructions from department Manager
• Ability to work well within a positive team environment
• Current valid forklift licence (must have)
