Our Client
  
Our client is a national service provider of industrial machinery who are known for being an industry leader in their respective field. Embedding their brand in the local market, they have seen significant growth in their business and have become Australia’s largest privately owned and operated industrial machinery company.

The Role
  
Reporting into the Field Service Supervisor you will;

• Provide technical support be it mechanical or electrical to allocated clients.
• Provide quality service to customers and advise customers on potential services required
• Be customer focused and efficient

About you

• You must hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate (Forklift Mechanical/Diesel Mechanic/Automotive/Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic)
• Prior servicing, diagnostics and hydraulic experience is non-negotiable
• You must be safety conscious and value safety as the number one priority
• Proven industry experience in either  machinery technical support, mechanical industry or heavy equipment industry
• Proven experience in applying preventative maintenance plans, and providing a quality service on mechanical and electrical machinery
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced high pressured environment ideally within a service and customer based role
• You will have a technical and customer service mind-set with ability to build relationships with local customers  
• Experience working within a customer centric business and has proven ability
