Seeking an experienced, collaborative Automotive Workshop Controller to take control of a high volume Service Department for a Mainstream Dealer Group in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

ROLE

• Running the daily operation of the workshop.
• Assisting Technicians with repairs when needed.
• Delegating and monitoring workflow through the Workshop
• Maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team.
• achieving department targets and budgets

YOU

• Must be fully qualified with Cert III in Automotive Mechanical
  
• Must have Automotive/Mechanic background with experience in repairs
• Clear communication skills. 
• A clean drivers license.
• Previous Dealership Experience Essential
