We are looking for a Production/Factory Manager in the cabinet making and shop fitting industry with at least 2+ years experience in commercial and high-end residential projects. The company is very well established in Perth with a great pipeline of exciting projects.
The chosen applicant will have experience in the following
- Running large scale projects such as apartments, Hospitals, Retails stores, Restaurant, commercial office space and bars
- Previous experience running a team of 10+ employees
- Knowledgeable in cabinet vision software (previous drafting experience highly regarded)
- Be able to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Able to run multiple projects in conjunction with each other
- Background in Cabinet making (trade qualified applicants are desirable) and understanding the process involved from set out to job site
- organizing all production scheduling, orders with suppliers and all logistics needs
- be able to communicate with and support your employees with work related topics
