Welding supervisor with a certificate 10 to join out team at M&S Fabrications.

You will be required to work in a lead role and be able manage, coordinate and monitor all works and QA on projects and in the workshop.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience at a supervisory level
• Mechanical trade qualification
• Welding supervisor certificate 10 (non negotiable)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in line with construction schedules
• Understand employee relations requirements onsite
• Sound management and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of RMS specifications will be an advantage

Responsibility and Duties

• Responsible for the maximum utilisation of manpower, material and equipment provided ensuring all is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that quality of works carried out is compliant to company and client specifications
• Participate in weekly review of job and site coordination meetings
• Develop PQR's, WPS, QMP, ITP's
• Manage Welder Qualifications
• Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
