Our client is currently seeking an Equipment Assembly Field Service Fitter to be based in their Mackay Workshop. This role provides workshop as well as servicing the surrounding mine sites to keep their customers moving.

Duties

Equipment assembly on CAT mining equipment
Breakdown repairs of mobile and fixed plant mining equipment
Maintenance, Diagnostic and repairs of equipment on site
Complete component change outs and repairs
Travel to Mine sites around the Bowen Basin region

Skills & experience

Hold relevant Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification
Hold current QLD Board Medical or be willing to obtain
Hold current standard 11 or be willing to obtain
Previous CAT 793F OHT, 16m/24m Graders, D11T & D10T Dozer experience highly regarded
Hold current QLD Open Manual Drivers Licence
