In order to service our existing long term contracts and local work, an opportunity is available for an experienced Crane Technician to increase our Maintenance Team to carry out repairs and maintenance on our ever growing fleet of Tower Cranes.
This position is based in Chipping Norton NSW. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate attendance of multiple courses of the main crane manufactures (OEM) and component suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) servicing tower cranes;
- Experience working at heights;
- Experience in electrics and Can-Bus Systems, PLC;
- Trouble shooting and fault finding;
- Remote control system;
- Trade Certificate as Electrician;
- Experience in diagnostic software;
- Basic to intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Outlook & Word);
- High Risk Card/OHS EWP Licence;
- Rigging Ticket (desirable);
- Experience working on Tower Cranes and Hoists;
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Must be well organized and show effective time management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Must be safety conscious with the ability to promote a safe environment;
- Must be available to work overtime and travel to interstate sites when required;
