Due to recent business growth, MSS Security are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic and talented individuals who would like to work for MSS Security.

We are currently seeking customer service focused Security professionals to join our growing team.

We have opportunities  available for Security Officers working at client sites based in suburbs on the north side of Brisbane and some CBD sites. Shifts will include night shifts and weekend work.

Our clients include high end corporate buildings and experience working in these environments is essential.

As a Security Officer your primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Patrolling premises providing a professional security presence, observing and reporting any irregularities

• Monitoring of CCTV

• Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and customers

• Responding to incidents and using negotiation and de-escalation skills

• Concierge / building security reception

• Utilising  a  Building Management System

• Directing and escorting visitors to site

• Visitor sign in/induction

• Front of house duties

• Report writing

To be successful in the position you will have the following:

• QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control and Monitoring

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

• Unrestricted open manual drivers licence

• Minimum 1 years experience in security preferably within a retail or corporate  environment

• Exceptional customer service skills

• High standards of presentation and grooming

• Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills

• Ability to participate in a rotational shift roster including night and weekend work

• Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security

• High standards of presentation and grooming
• Computer literacy skills
