This newly exciting positions is to manage the operations and growth of Joii Maintenance.  

Reports into Joii Operations Manager

Duties will include:

• Perform monthly inspections
• Oversee the overall building, cleaning and gardening maintenance
• Determine areas of maintenance that need to be addressed
• Liaising with clients
• Contact and schedule trades and suppliers to complete jobs
• Maintain consistent communication with the client and internal staff
• Utilise our software to enter all information in regards to jobs attended/client contacts
• Ensure all defects are addressed and signed off
• Provide quality customer service and ensure we deliver work of a high standard

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Technical expertise and trade or tertiary training in either building maintenance, mechanical or electrical services
• Additional qualifications in Trade Carpentry will be highly regarded
• 2-5 years prior experience in a similar role or within the construction industry
• Valid drivers licence

• Knowledge and an understanding of:

• Construction industry
• Contract terms and conditions
• Project management principles and delivery methods
• WHS and Environmental legislation
