Role: Client Service Manager/ Key Account Manager - Security

We currently have a rare Full-Time opportunity for a person with drive, experience and passion to take ownership of the  Client Service Manager/ Key Account Manager role. The Client Service Manager/ Key Account Manager will work Collaborative with Senior Management, team members and external Stakeholders to deliver relevant contractual and business requirements.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide a visible presence to leading and guide site based teams patrolling and monitoring assets for loss prevention, fire, health, safety and customer service.
  • Assist Operations in filling roster shortfalls or covering “dropped” or “adhoc” shifts as required and if required attend to shift personally.
  • Coordinating and directing security teams to ensure all systems are implemented and exceed client expectations.
  • Deal with hostile members of the public to resolve situations.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections and site audits as per Glad Group and client requirements.
  • Resolve issues as they arise or refer them to the Line Manager if outside the limits of individual authority, experience or skill set.
  • Communicate any incidents or key activities to the Glad National Operations Centre and / or Line Manager immediately or as directed.
  • Maintenance of proper records, and logbooks including the preparation of accurate reports.
  • Support high standards of staff presentation through enforcement of uniform regulations and standards.
  • Establish security patrol priorities and ensure these are communicated to the appropriate personnel.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Valid State Security licence and Senior First Aid certificate
  • Senior First Aid Certificate equal or greater than HLTFA301B competencies
  • Previous supervisory experience and proven record in the Security Industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of OH&S and QA.
  • Working knowledge of National Award and NES
  • School certificate or HSC
  • Prior operational and administrative experience in services industry
  • Ability to assess and analyse potential or existing problems and to provide appropriate solutions.
  • A capacity to work in a busy environment and to deadlines

This position is based in our Head office in Rockdale - NSW, though you will be allocated to a specific portfolio within the Sydney, NSW area. However there may be some interstate travel as required by the business.
