Drake international are currently seeking 3 Mechanic/ Service Technicians for our client based in Salisbury.
Our client is a family owned business and a market leader in providing quality new and used semi-trailer transport solutions to the transport industry in Australia. This role is for an immediate start.
To be considered for this role, you must portray the below:
- Mechanically minded
- Have at least 3 years experience in repairing and maintaining semi-trailers or a similar product
- Confident in reading & interpreting drawings/ specs to complete the job
- Welding experience or trailer mechanical
- Ability to diagnose faults, make required repairs
- Be confident in use of hand & power tool
- Confident in understanding and be able to repair trailer air brake & suspension systems
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of electrical systems and undertake basic repairs
- A positive/ can do attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
