THE ROLE
We are seeking a positive, energetic and motivated person to join our Brisbane team as a Handyperson who is mechanically minded and keen to take our vans to the next level.
ABOUT YOU
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Proficient in the English language, both spoken and understanding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using a computer for email and simple data entry.
- Comfortable using a range of power and hand tools to complete repairs.
- Understanding of mechanical nature of a vehicle.
- Manual driver's license essential.
- Excellent time management skills.
YOUR DAILY TASKS INCLUDE
- Minor mechanical repairs to our vehicles.
- Minor electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to vehicle interiors.
- Transferring vehicles to mechanics for major repairs.
- Ensuring vehicles are serviced according to the service schedule.
- Reordering replacement stock.
- Occasionally performing front-end customer service.
- Quality checking vehicle readiness before going out for rentals.
- Adhoc repairs to vehicle interiors.
The role is a full-time position. You will need to be available between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and 9AM and 1PM on some Saturdays.
