Toowoomba Motor Group is a dynamic, regional dealership in Toowoomba, selling and servicing Mitsubishi, Kia and Great Wall vehicles. We combine many years of experience with a modern management style and a personal customer-focused approach to automotive sales and service.
We are currently looking for an Experienced Parts Manager to join our team.
Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in a similar role - either in a motor vehicle dealership or a similar business in the automotive industry.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong Leadership and Accountability
- Previous Sales Experience
- Experience managing rapid moving high levels of inventory
- Strong logistic skills
- Proven analytical and reporting skills
- A process driven approach to management
- The ability to communicate at a high level with key dealership stakeholders and staff
- An excellent work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
- Control of stock levels and purchases within industry KPI's
- Ensuring parts supplied to both internal and external customers are on a timely basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
