Manpower are seeking trade qualified Electrician for our client who has a number of positions available within a short term project commencing mid-July.
Based in a workshop environment we are seeking Electricins with underground experience on Longwall equipment, maintenance and repairs.
Duties:
- Assist in the Overhaul of underground mining equipment
- Fault Finding, diagnostics, repairing and replacing components as required
- Overall maintenance of Longwall equipment
- Maint mobile and fixed plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with regulations and site requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Current QLD Underground Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain
- Hold an Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
- Recently completed LV CPR Training
- Verified Underground Coal competencies highly regarded
- Current Forklift licence or EWP highly desired
- Experience operating overhead crane or rigging/dogging experience highly regarded.
