At Stillwell Ford, part of AP Eagers Ltd (one of Australia’s largest publicly listed Automotive retailers) an excellent opportunity exists in our busy Service Department for a Qualified Automotive Technician.
The successful applicant will have strong customer focus and quality workmanship combined with the energy to meet the demands of our environment. You must be reliable, enthusiastic, self motivated, work well in a team and have a good eye for detail. You will need to have a current driver’s licence, trade qualification and a sound knowledge and adherence to current OH&S practices. Experience with Ford vehicles and previous service advisory roles are an advantage, as is experience working within a franchise dealership.
Ideally applicants will have experience working in a workshop environment, hold a certificate 3 in light vehicle automotive or equivalent.
Excellent diagnostic skills, time management skills and own tools.
Some customer interaction is required so good presentation and good communication skills are a must. You will be part of a Saturday roster.
