ALS Industrial is seeking suitably qualified and experienced NDT Technicians to work on major oil & gas facilities in Western Australia.
 
These are casual positions to fulfil various shutdown/project work at our client's fciltiies over the next few years. Nominal working hours are 12 hour shifts on a 15 day on / 13 day off roster (start/finish times varied to meet client requirements).
 
About the Position
The key duties of this position are:

• Carrying out NDT in accordance with company procedures and standards;
• Conduct NDT and inspection work;
• Build positive and strong relationships with the client;
• Prepare and compile reports;
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition at all times, and where required, is calibrated;
• Full understanding of ALS and client safety requirements and procedures.

 
About you

• Level 2 PCN or AINDT ceritifcation in the following NDT Qualifications; RT, UT, EC and any advanced Techniques;
• Candidates must pass client specific NDT exams to be accepted for these roles;
• Previous experience in a similar role/work environment;
• MSIC, BOSIET, Offshore medical is advantageous;
• Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Be conscientious, enthusiastic and a team-player.
