About the role:
Due to growth we are seeking 3 Regional (floating) Maintenance Officers in the North/West region, South and the East region and 1 Maintenance Officer for BlueCross Livinsgtone Gardens in Vermont South.
You will work on site at the Residence/s in your region providing high quality repairs and maintenance for the home. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be assisting the Residence Manager in ensuring the interior and exterior of the property is maintained to a high standard.

About you:
- Experience in building construction and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage own responsibilities.
- Competent in using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Physical capability to undertake a wide range of activities.
- Friendly and considerate manner with elderly residents.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Current drivers licence.
- Understanding of safe work practices and OH&S procedures.
- Previous experience in Aged Care would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of FMXpert or facility management software is desirable.
