RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

About the role:
Juvenaire is one of the largest independent restoration companies providing 24/7 restoration services in disaster recovery and cleaning management in Queensland.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team of dedicated and hard working restoration technicians in our Gold Coast office. In this position, you will be required to respond to our clients who have experienced water damage, fire damage and mould contamination.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Respond to water, fire and mould damage emergencies to both commercial and residential properties
- Provide a high level of customer service to our clients and customers
- Use truck mounted and portable machinery, moisture meters, drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers and other speciality drying equipment to carry out restoration
- Perform removals or demolition of building materials including baseboards, dry wall, flooring materials, sub floors, etc.
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain Juvenaire's reputation of providing timely and accurate reporting to our clients
Ideal applicants will have:
- Valid open manual drivers licence
- Participation in rotating on call roster
- Be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required
- Experience in water restoration or trade background is highly regarded, however Juvenaire will provide training and mentoring to the right individual.
