Due to customer growth we are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage and motivate our team at a large retail complex located in the city.
This role will suit someone who does not mind getting their hands dirty, as this is a hands on role along with supervising a diverse team of staff. Part of your management responsibilities is to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, manage weekly rosters, identify and provide team member training when required and liaise with key stakeholders. You will be reporting directly to the Area Manager.
This position would suit someone with previous Contract Management experience in a retail environment or someone with retail cleaning experience that is ready to step up into this rewarding role.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation
- Mid level computer literacy
- Experience in commercial (retail) cleaning
- Experience in use of most cleaning equipment
- Ability to build & maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to build strong and loyal working team environment
You will be expected to work early mornings and we do offer free car parking should you choose to drive into work.
