Protech are currently looking for a Qualified Motor Mechanic to work in the South East Brisbane area with experience working on Japanese trucks (Isuzu etc)

About the role

The role will be a 9 day a week fortnight servicing site vehicles, performing both in the field and in the Workshop. On call work and overtime available, position is forecast to go until the end of the year with possible extension after this.

To be successful in obtaining this role you must :

• Be results driven
• Have an strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
• Have High Safety standards

Duties and responsibilities:

• Servicing of all trucks in a workshop environment
• Scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• All associated paperwork

Skills and experience:

• Motor Mechanic Trade Qualifications;
• Proven work history within the Heavy Vehicle repair industry;
• Strong communication skills;
• Proven organisational skills;
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Ideally, fleet maintenance / servicing experience with Isuzu trucks
