Camtec has been servicing Western Australia for nearly 3 decades and is expanding operations and opening a branch in Adelaide. We perform warranty work for all major brands and are looking for technicians who are keen for a challenging role in a fast paced environment.
We are currently looking for experienced, reliable and highly motivated Field Service Technicians to join our organisation specialising in the repairs and servicing of home appliances. If you have similar experience in this role, but not qualified, you are also welcome to apply.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Attending service calls on consumer appliances as per daily run sheet
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
You will need to have the following:
- Current Restricted Electrical licence or equivalent.
- Current Cert 3 in Refrigeration, with compressor and gas experience.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Exceptional Electrical and Mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A positive and bright manner tied with resilience and flexibility.
- 2 years of previous field service experience (desirable but not essential)
- Work independently with the full support and training.
