The Role
As a motivated Senior Retail Brand Specialist your primary role will be to represent Dermalogica as a Brand Ambassador. You will provide expert advice on skin health in the form of Dermalogica’s customised Face Mapping Skin Analysis and coach consumers through their personalised skin care needs at the dermalogica skin bar. You will be responsible for driving the success of the Skin Bar ensuring monthly targets are met and outstanding customer service is consistently delivered.
The Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in beauty therapy with an excellent knowledge of the skin care industry ideally with supervising experience and have exceptional retail skills & passionate about educating consumers about their skin. We seek a charismatic, results-oriented, self-motivated candidate with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in retail, highly developed people skills, great team work and a strong selling ability will secure this role.
