We have a Full Time position in Mandurah available for a strong manager to lead our Bread / Cake Team.
$60,000 - $65, 000 + Super / Full Time (42hrs/wk)

Reporting to the Bakery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and performance of the Cake / Bread Team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Training, developing and motivating a small team (6-8 people)
- Assist with creating exciting and innovative new flavours
- Assisting in troubleshooting production issues
- Managing labour efficiency on the shift
- Forecasting production numbers using established system/process
- Ensuring consistently high-quality standards are met
- Rostering and coordinating your Team
Weekends and Public holidays are a routine part of this role as our Bakery operates 7 days/week.
The Cake/Bread Team works from 8am until 8pm Monday to Sunday. As the shift leader you will generally work 5 days (across mon-sun) averaging 42 hours /week.
At Miami, we bake in our central baking facility located in Greenfields, Mandurah. Our wide range of delicious gourmet baked foods are then delivered to our 5 cafes located in the Southwest region. We do not sell/retail from our central Bakery - no customer service experience is required.
