THE POSITION
Surprise! We’re opening an exclusive new RATIONALE Clinic in Chatswood NSW and the search is on now for a new team filled with passionate Skin Therapists and an inspiring Clinic Manager.
- As a Skin Therapist, you are practised in delivering the highest level of customer service experience and achieving exemplary sales results. You are comfortable performing back-to-back treatments on our busiest days, whilst providing bespoke and exceptional skin consultations. Whether it be performing our signature CDP (Consult, Diagnose, Prescribe) or our first-class treatments, you can do it all with confidence and making our clients feel amazing along the way! Through consistent training you will have a complete understanding of RATIONALE’s formulations and proven efficacy and be able to support ongoing clinic performance with client re-engagement. To ensure our luxurious clinics are kept looking as good as we make our customers feel, you will positively contribute to the daily operations of the clinic as required.
- As a Clinic Manager you will have previous management experience where you lead by example to create a supportive and inspiring team culture. You will drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Operations Coordinator to build a highly effective team. With coaching and developing your team to reach new milestones being a key focus, you are simultaneously driven to achieve operational excellence and deliver on sales and KPI expectations.
THE PERFECT PROFILE
You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare! With a degree in Beauty therapy (or similar) and in clinic/retail experience, you have a demonstrated commitment to creating long-term treatment plans and delivering optimal skin results for your clients.
Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. You are able to provide empathetic, memorable and authentic client interactions that truly have clients leaving the clinic looking and feeling their absolute best with our trade mark glow. As a true professional in your field you have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organisation skills, and enjoy an agile and innovative working environment.
