About the company;
Our client is national HVAC contractor who are now seeking an experienced senior project manager to take up a key position with-in their construction division.
The company is progressive forward thinking organization whom currently deliver projects varying from $2 million through to $20 million - with a professional management team in place and an inclusive culture running throughout the business unit this organisation will provide the right candidate an exceptional place to advance their career.
About the role;
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction you will be in charge or managing some of Sydney’s high profile projects, your day to day duties will be but not limited to;
- Managing on site subcontractors and labour programs
- Ensuring all financial targets are met
- Variation and contract negotiations
- Delivering future projects from a sales handover through to commissioning
- Liaising tier one and tier two builders
- Training and development of junior project manager’s/ site supervisors
- Delivering projects on time and with-in budget
About you;
This position will be a key position with-in the business where you will be expected to lead, develop and manage high profile projects with-in this division so the right person will have great time management, a solid understanding of how to deal with high profile builders and excellent communication.
Our client has a great working culture and you will need to get along with tradesmen, senior management and office support on a day to day basis.

- Two recent references
- Trade Qualified Air Conditioning
- Understanding of WHS
