Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to company growth. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be part of a team providing installations of new equipment, operator training, and on site maintenance of professional coffee machines. Working closely with the local sales team, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Requirements for Success
You will have a technical training in an electrical or mechanical discipline, as well as a strong knowledge of electronics. A customer service focus with excellent communication and time management skills is essential. Previous experience within the Coffee and Fast Food industry shall be highly regarded.Please do not apply if you do not have a min of 2 years experience in the food services industry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Field service experience
- Electrical and/or mechanical trade
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Skills in hydraulics, mechanics and electronics
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
