SkyPoint Observation Deck is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue.

We are seeking experienced, reliable and customer focussed Cleaners who thrive on the challenge of providing exceptional standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.

Duties will include all aspects of cleaning within the venue including the Observation Deck, private event areas and our main lobby entrance. The role requires a self-starter who can work individually and confidently interact with our guests taking in the amazing views.

For your application to be considered it is essential that you:

• Have previous cleaning experience in a high volume guest service environment;
• Demonstrate proven reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently;
• Demonstrate well developed communication and customer service skills;
• Have the ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying high level of initiative;
• Demonstrate and uphold exceptional grooming and presentation standards
• Flexibility to work early mornings, days shifts, late nights and weekends. 

This is a part-time position which guarantees between 12 – 38 hours per week. Good availability and flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved. We are seeking applicants that are available to work a range of shifts which can vary between an early 5.00am start or late finish of 1am, across a 7 day roster. Regular weekend work will also be a requirement of this position.

This role also involves manual handling, therefore physical dexterity is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work
