About Ice Blast.

Ice Blast is a fast growing family business with Head Office based in Loganholme (South of Brisbane). Ice Blast provides maintenance, repairs and installation for a large client base throughout South East Queensland including Gold Coast, Logan to far northern Brisbane.

Duties and Responsibilities.

You will be required to carry out all work to the highest standards and in accordance with all laws and regulations. You will be well presented at all times and polite and professional with all customers. You will be able to talk clearly and confidently to customers at all times.

Experience in the following would be an advantage.

Ability to carry out maintenance, breakdowns and repairs on the following equipment.

- Split systems.
- Ducted systems.
- VRF systems.
- Package units.
- Chillers.
- Commercial and industrial refrigeration.

Requirements.

• Certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning .
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Current QLD restricted Electrical Licence.
• Current CPR / LVR Certificate.
• Current manual drivers licence.
• Current blue or white construction card.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Good customer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to keep paperwork up to date.
• Ability to make competent decisions.
• Available to work on an on-call roster when required.
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
