Grosvenor is a leading provider of intelligent Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning services, Fire services, Design and Construction solutions. We provide our clients with innovative services based on our unique approach to research, development, data collection and analysis.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Auditor to complement our Audit Team.
This position will be based in our Moorebank NSW office, however you may be required to travel periodically across Australia for up to 2 weeks at a time.
The Field Auditors role involves a "hands on" approach for the site assessment and data collection of Fire Services equipment. You will utilise a tablet to photograph individual assets, record applicable asset data, relevant issues and life cycle information.
Ideally you will come from a Fire Services background, with a keen eye for detail, as accuracy of data collection is critical. You will be required to convey collected information to Key Stakeholders.
To be successful in your application for this role you will ideally possess:
- A Trade Certificate is desirable with a Cert II in Fire Inspection and Testing as a minimum with in depth technical knowledge of Fire Services
- Current Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Induction Card
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Acquire favourable Police Check
- Work autonomously, be self-motivated and think practically with minimal direct supervision
- Be well presented and reliable.
Other desirable attributes:
- HVAC and Electrical Industry experience
- General Computer Skills - Word, Excel
