Mercedes-Benz Parramatta has an exciting opportunity for Service Advisor (Receptionist). This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is growing rapidly, with excellent career prospects as the company expands.
The Service Receptionist is the primary liaison between the guest and the service advisor/coster (SAC). In this role you are required to assist the SAC with the co-ordination of service department activities and related matters to achieve an efficient operation in the service department.
Key Duties
- Making appointments
- Preparation of job cards
- Contacting guests the night before confirming appointment, scope of work and introduction
- Meet and greet guests
- Booking in customers and qualifying problems and logging them for our workshop to review.
- Inspect vehicles with client to ascertain vehicle condition, identify concerns and any other areas that may require attention.
Qualifications/Experience
- Sound Product Knowledge
- Previous experience in retail/ customer service essential
- High standard of presentation
- Customer relation skills
